After a report, Trust and Safety reviews, investigates, communicates with parties involved, makes a decision, takes appropriate action, notifies both parties, and offers an appeal process if necessary.

If you need to report a safety issue, please get in touch with our vendor Support team. They will document your issue and put you in contact with the right team to help resolve the issue. If you belong to a chain and have an account manager, they can also assist in connecting you with our Trust and Safety team if required. In case of an emergency, please call 000 immediately for assistance before reaching out to our vendor Support team.

To access the safety features, simply tap on the blue shield icon located on the top right corner of the home screen, next to the Help button. Alternatively, you can find it on the top right corner of the app.

We have a range of safety features that are constantly active and monitoring your safety while using our driver service, every hour of every day. Driveree is always prepared to assist you whenever you require help.

All of the safety tools we offer are completely free to use. Additionally, all Drivers are automatically enrolled in occupational accident insurance for free, without any need for opting in (further information is available here). It is important to keep in mind that some emergency services, such as ambulance rides, may come with their own costs that Drivers are responsible for. In addition, your phone carrier's rates may also apply.
